Human at the Helm: Leading, Teaching & Learning with AI Conference

Join us for an inspiring, evidence-led day exploring the effective governance, practical implementation, and teaching of AI across primary, secondary, and special schools - and the essential role of the human in all aspects.
Designed for teachers and senior leaders, this conference cuts through all the hype around AI and explores the evidence of what actually works in schools. You will have the opportunity to discuss effective governance and policy, consider the risks and benefits of AI, discover practical classroom uses, and consider how to teach AI literacy to learners.
We are excited to hear from Dr Beth Lane, Founder of AI in Schools and Co-founder of the Institute of AI Education, talking about the importance of practitioner research in this area for our keynote. Practical workshops will be co-delivered by practising teachers and school leaders, underpinned by evidence from our year-long collaborative action research project with schools and trusts.
Whether your setting is already using AI, cautiously exploring it, or still weighing up whether it has a place, you will leave with evidence, practical ideas and connections to inform your next steps.
