Built for Change - Learning In Warm and Hot Weather Toolkit

Warm and hot weather affects many Sheffield schools, and with the climate changing, this is expected to worsen in coming years. Hot weather negatively affects learning, attendance and wellbeing, and can make parts of schools unusable.
The toolkit is designed for education providers, particularly schools, but elements will also be relevant for early years, post-16 and special provision, as well as for other organisations. There is content for staff with a range of responsibilities and schools are encouraged to share the toolkit with staff with business development, building, teaching, pastoral and SEN responsibility, and to plan action as a team.
