Strategic Leadership Courses

A programme of Strategic Leadership Courses was introduced, as part of the subscription, in 2023/24. Two standard places have been included in the Core Subscription Offer in this new model and further places can be purchased as required.

 

  • Standard Strategic Leadership Courses
    This range of multi-session courses has been expanded for 2025/26.
  • Enhanced Strategic Leadership Courses
    These courses are more expensive because they involve more sessions or include an on-site visit (half-day). More opportunities to enhance standard courses with on-site visits will be added during 2025/26.
  • Strategic Leadership Workshops
    These single session workshops enable colleagues who have already accessed a Strategic Leadership course to access a further development session. These workshops will be shared later in the summer.
