Strategic Leadership of Behaviour
This course will equip leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies linked to school culture and values. With a focus on relational practice, participants will cover the following areas:
- Fostering a Positive School Culture and Climate
- Theoretical Foundations of Behaviour Management
- School-Wide Behaviour Support
- Classroom Application
- Addressing Challenging Behaviours
- Evaluating Behaviour Management Programs
- Sustaining Effective Relational Practice
Both sessions will take place at Albion House.
Audience: Senior Leaders, SENCos, Inclusion & Pastoral Leads - anyone with strategic responsibility for, or involvement in, developing behaviour policy and practice across all phases of education.
The course follows a half day, full day structure and all sessions will take place in person at Learn Sheffield.
