Learn Sheffield Governor Conference 2022

The Learn Sheffield Governor Conference 2022, titled "What are the key issues and opportunities facing school and trust governors in 2022?" will take place on Saturday 16th July 10-13:30pm. Speakers will include Sir David Carter and Sam Freedman. The purpose of the conference is to inspire and motivate governors to reflect on their own schools and the wider educational community.
Anti-Racism Education Training and Resources

Colleagues at Hallam TSA have developed some Anti-Racism Education resources for primary colleagues. Training to support these resources is now available in early July. This training is free and funded as part of the Racial Equity Programme.

2022/23 Learn Sheffield Subscription Available

The information about next year's subscription has been published and shared with settings. The 2022/23 Learn Sheffield subscription contains more packages than previously alongside a more detailed menu of options. This makes the new subscription easier to tailor to the needs of each school, academy or college.
Leading Education (Summer 1) Now Available

The latest 'Leading Education' circular (Summer 1 2022) has been shared with schools and added to the Learn Sheffield website. This half termly circular was added to the Learn Sheffield subscription earlier this year.
Learn Sheffield Joins Educating for the Future Pilot

Learn Sheffield is delighted to be part of a national pilot project funded by AEC. 'Educating for the future: developing new locality models for English schools' is launched today. Pilot 3 (Towards a new model of professional accountability) will run across the next two years.
RSHE Training Programme Available

The new RSHE training programme is now available on the Learn Sheffield website. The programme builds on previous training and includes: the curriculum implications of KCSIE, equality and inclusion, drugs education & sex and intimate relationships.
Summer 1 Governance Briefing
