Creativity Self-Evaluation Workshop for Schools

To tie up 3 weeks of conversations as part of the Why Creativity Matters NOW strand of the Learn Sheffield Autumn Online Festival, Jenny Coats delivered a presentation for schools. This presentation, which you can see in full here, gives schools the opportunity to take time to reflect and evaluate their setting’s creative, arts and cultural engagement using Create Sheffield's Self-Evaluation Toolkit.

The toolkit focuses on the following key areas to evaluate your school’s arts and creative education:

  • Organisational culture
  • Competence and capability
  • Your offer
  • Leadership
  • Collaboration and networking

The toolkit has been developed by Create Sheffield, Sheffield’s Local Cultural Partnership: a charitable organisation, set up to support children and young people’s (aged 0-24) engagement with the arts, culture and heritage sectors.

Once you have completed your toolkit, we’d love you to share it with us at Create Sheffield so that we can use your feedback to plan how best we can support schools.

Please send the completed toolkit to education@createsheffield.co.uk if possible by Friday 11th November.
