Healthy Minds Roll-Out 2018/19 Cohort Recruitment

Please find attached information about the next phase of the Healthy Minds Project for 2018/19. This will be open to schools previously not involved in the CAMHS School Link Pilot or the 2017/18 Healthy Minds Roll-Out.
In 2018/19 a further 40 places are available for primary and secondary schools in Sheffield. The application window is open now and runs until 5pm on Friday 20 October 2017. This has been designed to give schools an extended period, including the summer, to apply. We will, naturally, be re-sending this at the start of next term and during the autumn first half term. Any schools who would like feedback from a previous application or who would like to discuss a new application should contact me so that I can arrange for this to happen.

Applications will be assessed by a panel after the closing date and successful applicants will be notified week commencing Monday 4th December 2017.
