Fair Funding Campaign Launches Petition

Published: 29 June 2018
A petition has been launched to ask the government to find additional funding for education and use some of that additional funding to target areas like Sheffield, which are not receiving a fair share currently.

The petition was launched in the Sheffield Star alongside an interview with Jayne Dunn, the Sheffield City Council Cabinet Lead Member for education and Skills.

A follow up article from our Chief Executive, Stephen Betts, taken from the Sheffield Telegraph, can also be found in the articles section of this website. He makes  the case that the government needs to find additional funding for education and use some of that additional funding to target areas which are not receiving a fair share currently.
